What is the format of the design draft for customized customer products?
Design drafts must provide vector files such as AI, CDR, or PDF formats.
Can you provide free samples?
Samples are not free, but the sample fee will be refunded from your next batch order.
How much is the courier fee for samples?
Express freight depends on quantity, weight, carton size, and destination area. We provide quotes for reference.
How many days for proofing? How many days does it take to get the goods?
Proofing typically takes 7 days. Bulk orders take 10-15 days depending on quantity. Expedited production is available at additional cost.
How can I confirm whether the product I made is consistent with the customer's design? Can I change the mold?
We provide 2D or 3D renderings for confirmation before mold opening. Modifications are possible during planning. Mold rework costs due to customer changes are borne by the customer.
